Company Policy

Skyline Treks & Expeditions Pvt. Ltd. is a registered Company under the laws and regulations of Nepalesel Government and accepts your bookings under the following terms and conditions:

01: - Health:
Good health and a reasonable level of physical fitness is required on all trips. We recommend a physical examination for all trekkers on extended treks. Particularly those with a pre-existing medical condition and those venturing above 4500m.

02: - Insurance:
It is a condition while booking a tour with Skyline Treks and Expeditions that travelers/trekkers must be protected by insurance that covers cancellation, accidents, health, emergency evacuation, and loss of items, theft of or damage to baggage and personal effects etc. All costs for emergency evacuation must be paid in cash in Nepal unless an insurance company has agreed to pay the costs on your behalf. It is important that any insurance policy issued to cover emergency evacuation for a trek does not exclude alpinism or mountaineering. Rescue insurance is not available in Nepal.

03: - Advance Payment:
To secure a place, 20% down payment is required, paid in advance and the balance paid in full before the trip departure, as per company policy. Unless an alternative payment policy has been mutually agreed

04: - Late booking:
We accept your last minute booking (15 days prior to tour departure date), but total payment of the tour cost should be made in advance.

05: - Cancellation
Within the terms of this agreement, clients cannot change the program themselves. Skyline Trekking reserves the right to change, postpone or cancel any portion of the itinerary to suit local requirements. For cancellation and refund policy, please click in booking terms and conditions page.

06: - Liability
Skyline Trekking is a destination management company, therefore, under any circumstances, not responsible or liable for any unforeseen situations like, accident, damage, loss, delay, inconvenience, personal injury or illness, excess luggage charges, losses incurred by re-routing, inclement weather, floods, political disruptions, strikes, riots and other disturbances are personal expenditure.

07: - Complaints
If any complaints should occur they should be cleared before departure to destination country.

08: - Price
Prices are valid as mentioned per offer. Skyline Trekking reserves the right to change the prices due to possible considerable increased costs by changes in the rates of foreign currencies, in local taxes or permits, in local price levels or due to certain local government measures.
