Bardia National Park started in the 1980’s, It's lies in the Western Terai at an area of 968 kilometers per square, making it the largest and most undisturbed wilderness area of the Terai region. The park is relatively hard to reach compared to ‘Chitwan’, but the flight and road transfers are worth the effort. The park is characterized by a mixture of grassland, savannah and riverine forests. The range of wildlife is extensive with rhinoceros, wild elephant, Bengal tiger, Swamo deer, Gangetic dolphin and antelopes. However, it remains a top destination for tiger sightings in Nepal. Our tour package in Bardia National Park consists of activities like bird-watching, jungle tour, elephant safari and so much more. During the evening, you will also enjoy the ‘Tharu’ cultural dance performances performed by the local inhabitants ‘Tharu’.
