Tour in Tibet >> Lhasa City Tour

This tour is the fusion of Lhasa Tour and Tsetang Tour with the addition of the visits to the popular Gyantse, the old capital of Tibet and the emerging modern town Shigatse. Lhasa capital of probably the most unusual and mysterious land in the world where the fantastic new Tibet Railway now leads. This is a city that throngs with tourists who have earnestly longed to go there. A perfectly devised tour package is offered for your Lhasa trip so as to include its impressive heritage; sites like the splendid Potala Palace, Sera Monastery, Norbulingka Park, Drepung Monastery, Jokhang Temple, Barkhor Street, and the Tibet Museum. This tour will give you an insight into the profound spiritual history and atmosphere of this deeply religious country. Please bear in mind that Tibet Tours is more challenging than tours in any other Chinese cities on account of the extreme altitude.

Trip Itinerary

Day 01:Fly to LHASA crossing over the panoramic Himalayan ranges (1 hr). Transfer and check in to your hotel. Full rest for acclimatisation.
Day 02:Two full day sightseeing tour in LHASA including JOKHANG TEMPLE & BARKHOR BAZAAR, POTALA PALACE, DREPUNG & SERA MONASTERIES.
Day 03:Transfer to the airport and fly back to KATHMANDU or to your onward destination.

01. We accept even ONE pax for all above TOURS on GROUP JOINING basis.
02. Airfare & visa fees subject to change as per CHINA AIRLINES & Embassy.
03. TIBET VISA FEE in group is USD 26 net per person for all persons, except US nationals. For the US nationals, the visa fee is US$ 40 and express visa fee US$ 20 net per person.
04. All above rates are based on our group joining tours

  • Hotel on twin sharing bed and breakfast basis in Kathmandu. Mostly, best available lodge with all meals at Tibet, Tibet visa fee, Hotel accommodation in twin sharing room and Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner basis, All ground transportation by mini coach/coach, Sightseeing with a good english speaking Tibetan guide , Tibet travel permit fee, Entrance fees to Monasteries fees,

Full Service Cost excludes:

  • All expenditure of personal nature bar bills, extra expenses in case of land slides, road blockage, Cost increase due to bad weather, emergency rescue, Insurance, clothing & accessories etc.
