Hiking in Nepal >> Phulchoki Hiking

After driving 2 hours from Kathmandu we will reach Dhulikel from where our hike will start. The hike is named after the Namobuddha stupa one of the holiest sites for Buddhists in Nepal. Phulchoki is the name of one of the famous Hindu goddess. Many Hindu people make their pilgrimage tours to this site. This area is also one of the best viewpoints for viewing some of the highest peaks in the World. The highest altitude on this hike is 2765 m. This hike will also take us through different cultures and thick forests of Rhododendron, Mongolia and Sal tree. A really nature lovers paradise.

Trip Itinerary

Day 01: Meet at Kathmandu Airport and transfer to hotel.
Day 02: Free day sightseeing in Kathmandu valley such as Boudha Nath, Pashupatinath and Kathmandu Durbar Square (B)
Day 03: Drive to Dhulikel and start hike to Namobuddha 3 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 04: Namobuddha hike to Balthali (4-5 hrs) (B.L.D)
Day 05: Balthali hike to Bebar Danda 5 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 06: Bebar Danda hike to Phulchoki approx. 5 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 07: Phulchoki hike to Godawari and drive back to Kathmandu. (B.L)
Day 08: Final depart to your own destination. (B)
