Chisopani (2194m) is a perfect introduction to the Langtang region; it's mostly popular for beautiful sunrise and sunset views. We ascend towards ‘Nagarkot’ from Chisapani; Nagarkot at an elevation of 2175 m is the most popular hill-station of Kathmandu. Nagarkot is so much more than just a view-point of sunrise or sunsets; it’s a great place to relax your mind and body and for once escape the daily routine hectic life.

After a great stay at Nagarkot, our trek marches towards another equally excellent hill-station of ‘Dhulikhel’. Dhulikhel is a great spot to enjoy an impressive view of the snowy central Himalayas making a backdrop to the gentle hills. It is an old Newari trade station en route to the Tibetan plateau and today it is an ideal place for visitors to enjoy natural environment, the local lifestyle, old Newari culture and spectacular views. From Dhulikhel, the trail heads towards ‘Panauti’, another historical Newar city with a few prominent icons such as ‘the Indreswor temple’ and ‘Durbar square’ found in the town center. Panauti is quaint and interesting destination of Nepal. It feels as if has been left exactly the way the founders had built the town. A nostalgic atmosphere covers the narrow town streets and ancient structures.

This trek starting from the serene deep forests, to the ancient city of ‘Panauti’ makes a perfect trek that guarantees to create memories to last you a lifetime.

Chisopani Nagarkot Dhulikhel and Panauti Trekking Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival at Tribhuban International Airport (T.I.A) and pick up by our private vehicle and than transfer to the hotel.
Day 02: Full day (6 hrs) guided sightseeing in Pashupatinath, Boudhanath and Patan Durbar Square. Overnight in Hotel. (B)
Day 03: 1 hr drive to Sundarijal and commence trek to Chisopani (2100m) 6 hrs (B, L, D)
Day 04: Trek to Nagarkot (2290m) 6 hrs (B, L, D)
Day 05: Trek to Dhulikhel (2000m) 5 hrs (B, L, D)
Day 06: Trek to Panauti (1750m) 4 hrs and drive to Kathmandu /Hotel (B, L)
Day 07: Drive to Airport for return flight (B)
