Flight notice to Lukla
Nowadays Tribhuvan International Airport is under maintenance to avoid its heavy traffic congestion. So flight to Lukla is only possible through Rammechap 130 km far apart from Kathmandu. According to government authenticity body this will remains until its maintenance accomplishment. We think it doesn’t make you so much difficult because reaching to Rammechap (Manthali Airport) is only about 3-4 hours drive.
Besides of Lukla and return flight, Directly we can manage the arrangement of helicopter flight from Kathmandu. There is no more than five people in one group. Group cost of this one way flight for Lukla should extra 500 USD per individual. Grouping is made by our agent at airport immediately, so we request our clients to help us for group arrangement as much as possible. The conformation of preferred alternative helps us to become more reliable.

Welcome with bunch of flower assistance at the Tribhuvan International Airport and transfer to hotel. Rest at the hotel some time and after that our staff will brief you regarding the trip.

Acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar (3446m).
Namche Bazaar to Dole via Phortse Tanga (3500m).
Dole to Machhermo (4410m).
This day early in the morning we have a steep climb up to the top of Gokyo Ri (5480m) – ample rewards to ones that attempt this trip. and back to Gokyo
Gokyo to Lungden (4300m) 5 hours walking.
Lungden to Thame (3800m) 5 and half hours walking.
Thame to Namche Bazaar (3446m) 5 hours walking.
Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2810m). You will retrace your steps to Lukla leaving your footprints in Yeti's country.
Lukla to Kathmandu by flight.Today, you have to take your breakfast early in the morning, and have a short walk onto the Lukla airstrip and fly back to Kathmandu. After arriving in Kathmandu, you will transfer to the hotel and overnight in the hotel. Rest of the time for shopping
Transfer to the Int'l airport for journey out.
Note: In case of emergency for helicopter rescue during the trip, Helicopter will be arranged by our company (Skyline Treks & Expedition (P) Ltd.) The rescue charges and medical evacuation must be paid by the clients themselves.
