Hidden Lake trekking is an exciting and demanding trek in Hidden area into Annapurna sanctuary. Hidden lake trail cover a Hidden Holy Lake (Khaire) in Annapurna area which is a moderate to tough trek in wilderness area below Annapurna South where few trekkers have gone before. 

Hidden Lake treks cover some of very popular trekking area of Annapurna Sanctuary such as Ghandruk Village, Tadapani, Chhomrong from where you could see panoramic views of Mount Annapurna south, hiunchuli, fishtail and some other mountains in Annapurna region. The rest of the trekking areas, we will visit is more wilderness and very remote, however this will take you to the base camp of Annapurna south base camp through off the beaten track trail and the areas only few people travel before such as Kopra danda, Khaire Lake which are hidden trail of Annapurna area.

Annapurna Hidden Lake trek is one of great contrast, encompassing all the features of the area from the terraced village lowlands, through the forests and agricultural areas of the middle hill country, to the glacial basins of the Annapurna Mountains. Hidden Lake trekking starts from the sub-tropical Pokhara Valley and passes through paddy fields before gradually ascending through terraced hillsides of wheat and barley. At each of the villages along the way we are warmly received by the local Gurung and Magar people.

The hidden lake Nepal is sensibly paced so we have ample opportunity to experience and absorb local lifestyles that have changed little over centuries. From the start of Hidden Lake trekking, we enjoy ever-changing views of the stunning, snow-covered Annapurna Mountains. Halfway through the trek we leave habitation behind and walk through rhododendron and oak forests, alive with exotic birds and beautiful flowers, Lophophorus, Himalayan Monals are also often called Impeyan Monal or Impeyan Pheasant or Danphe (Danfe) and blue sheep (Naur) to finally emerge above the tree line at Kopra Danda.

Here we experience the stunning wilderness scenery beneath the towering peaks of Annapurna; to the west lies Dhaulagiri and far below lies the Kali Gandaki River Valley, which is the world’s deepest George. As we climb higher above the tree line we enter a fantastic mountain wilderness visited only by local shepherds during the monsoon months. The truly spectacular vista is dominated by Annapurna I (8091m) and Dhaulagiri (8167m), the highest peaks in the region. However this unique trek concentrates on the unexplored wilderness around Annapurna South (7237m), a remote and superb area that is rarely visited. An exploration of the rugged area below Annapurna South is sure to be the highlight of our journey.

Itinerary No.2

Day 01:Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) Kathmandu. Welcome with bunch of flower assistance at the Airport and meet with our staff (One of our company staff will be waiting you at the Airport with display your name "..............." and pick up by our private Japanese car and than 20 minutes drive to the Hotel. After few minutes rest in hotel, Visit in our office and have hot/cold drinks (Tea/Coffee) waiting to serve and have join together, One of our staff will brief you regarding the trip and introduction with your guide. O/N at hotel.

Day 02:Full day (6 hrs) guided sightseeing in Pashupatinath, Boudhanath and Patan Durbar Square. Overnight in Hotel. (B)

Day 03:7 hrs drive or 30 minutes flight to Pokhara (850m) and check in Hotel (B)

Day 04:Drive to Nayapul (1080m) & commence Trek to Ghandruk (1940) - approx 5/6 hrs (B, L, D)

Day 05:Trek to Tadapani (2590m) - Approx. 3/4 hrs (B, L, D)

Day 06:Trek to Dobato (2900m), approx 6 hrs (B, L, D)

Day 07:Trek to Ponde (3870m) – 5 hrs (B, L, D)

Day 08:Trek to Hidden Lake (4372m), approx 5 hrs (B, L, D)

Day 09:Trek to Annapurna South Base Camp (3400m), approx 5 hrs (B, L, D)

Day 10:Trek to Chhomrong (2100m), approx 7/8 hrs (B, L, D)

Day 11:Chhomrong to Nayapul 5 hrs trek and 1 hr drive to Pokhara - Hotel (B, L)

Day 12:Pokhara 6 hrs drive or 30 minutes fly back to Kathmandu - Hotel (B)

Day 13:Final departure to the airport by our private vehicle. (B)
