First timer - Poon Hill December
8th November, 2022
Me and my sisters, all city girls who never been to Nepal or even hiked anywhere before, were all glad everything went so good with Skyline Trek! Our main issue was that we have limited time in Nepal (5 days) but we wanted to be as close as possible to the mountains within few days trek. Our poon Hill itinerary laid out by Mr Madhav was perfect as we started trekking after car ride up to Hile. Few points that really stood up for me regarding Skyline Trek :
1. VERY responsive. Even at the very start of inquiry, Mr Madhav replied to all my emails with complete information that I needed. As I'm not familiar with trekking in Nepal, Mr Madhav laid out different itineraries of different places according to what my concern was, until we decided to opt for poon Hill.
2. Flexible. The trip felt laid back altho we don't have a long time to stay. We didn't feel rushed. We couldn't stick to the itinerary on the last day trekking because our legs were too tired to finish further down so the guides arranged car ride.
3. VERY helpful guides! We had Ngima Sherpa and Dheeraz Spirit as well as one porter, guiding us. We were quite slow on the trekking but they made sure we take our time and helped us finish the trek calmly. My 16 year old sister was very tired when we were returning to Hile at the end of the trek but Ngima & Dheeraz helped us to finish.
4. Well prepared guides. Many occasions that the guides prepared for our "non-competent" fitness. For example, on top of poon Hill, it was -5 Celsius and my sister struggled with the cold but Ngima prepared extra snow gloves which had helped. And they also helped her warm up.
5. Good selection of accommodation! Really, we were prepared for the worse but turned out that all hotels n guest houses were very good. We were concerned about private bathroom as we are all muslim ladies, we prefer private bathrooms and everything was as requested. Hot water & heaters are all included.
We had really good time in Nepal and looking forward for the next one in the future and will DEFINITELY choose Skyline Treks again.

Ghorepani Poon Hill sunrise trek
13th March, 2023
Ghorepani Poon Hill sunrise trek is one of the most popular treks in Nepal for a reason. The stunning views of the mountains, the rhododendron forests, and the charming villages make it a truly memorable experience. I was impressed with the infrastructure and hospitality of the people who live there. I highly recommend it. - Richard, Canada.
