Embarking from Kathmandu, the adventure begins with a scenic bus ride along the Kathmandu – Lhasa highway, showcasing the mesmerizing beauty of the surroundings. Dolakha, an ancient and remote region, serves as the starting point, boasting a well-defined trail frequented by porters and shepherds heading towards the kharkhas (grazing pastures) at Beding. Along the way, trekkers are treated to a tapestry of cultural immersion, traversing charming Sherpa, Tamang, and Chhetri villages, terraced fields, dense forests, and sweeping ridges offering breathtaking vistas.
The highlight of the trek is undoubtedly the enchanting Tsho Rolpa Lake (4540m), cradled amidst icy moraines. Following an unmarked route alongside the Trakarding Glacier, the journey ascends steeply onto the Drolambau Glacier, unveiling awe-inspiring scenery at every turn. To the east, a majestic range of peaks, some towering beyond 6000m, captivates the senses. The passage through the Teshi Lapcha La, nestled amidst the towering peaks of Patchamo, is both challenging and rewarding. The descent on the opposite side, though rugged and steep through boulder-strewn terrain, leads to Thyangbo Kharka, a solitary settlement en route to Thame and Namche Bazaar, marking the conclusion of this extraordinary trekking odyssey.

Nowadays Tribhuvan International Airport is under maintenance to avoid its heavy traffic congestion. So flight to Lukla is only possible through Rammechap 130 km far apart from Kathmandu. According to government authenticity body this will remains until its maintenance accomplishment. We think it doesn’t make you so much difficult because reaching to Rammechap (Manthali Airport) is only about 3-4 hours drive.
Besides of Lukla and return, Directly we can manage the arrangement of helicopter flight from Kathmandu. There is no more than five people in one group. Group cost of this one way flight for Lukla should extra 500 USD per individual. Grouping is made by our agent at airport immediately, so we request our clients to help us for group arrangement as much as possible.
