Trip Highlights
Himlung Expedition (7126m) only opened for mountaineers in 1992, Mount Himlung has been luring a lot of mountaineers recently. Walking through the interesting Tibetan villages of Nar and Phu, the base camp is set up at 4900 meters. Normally, only three camps are settled to reach the summit; Camp I at 5450 m, Camp II at 6000 m and Camp III at 6350 m.
The cost for the HImlung Expedition varies depending on the number of people in the group. Here's a breakdown:

Himlung Expedition
15th October, 2024
Himlung was a perfect peak for acclimatization and for gaining high-altitude experience. It's challenging but not as technically demanding as some other 7,000-meter mountains, which makes it ideal for preparing for 8,000-meter climbs.
